The Lakemont Pines Community is known to it's local residents as a " Piece of Heaven" or the " Jewel of the Mother Lode" . What sets Lakemont Pines apart from other subdivisions is the private recreation lake. The homeowners association is mandatory and dues are $320 per year for improved lots. There is the large year-round lake, clubhouse, snack bar and many summer activities.
