This Big Trees Village cabin shows a lot of care in the floor plan and decorating. It is a single level three bedroom, 2 bath with a spacious living room, breakfast bar (which seats four) and dining area. There is also a bright sunroom with a queen size futon as a fourth bedroom! The beds are two queens and two twins and guests will find newer carpeting and a TV/DVD/VCR in the living room, and a DVD/VCR with a Playstation2 equipped TV, in the sunroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, etc. Light a fire in the fireplace, or flip on the central heat for those cold nights. Though the driveway is a bit narrow, there is ample turn-around room in front of the house. There is also a washer and dryer for longer stays and guests have the use of the Big Trees Village Recreation Center.

• 3 nights - $460.00

• Each additional night is $105.00

• All rooms subject to 6% county room tax in addition to stated rates.
• $125.00 Security Deposit required at time of reservation and is additional to rental charge. Security deposit is refundable when the house is inspected.
• A $65.00 mandatory non-refundable cleaning service fee is in addition to rental charge, pet fee, and security deposit.
• Must bring sheets/linens/towels & paper products!
• This cabin is nonsmoking.
• No pets.
